 Introducing MARI THE MENACE, a 27-year-old rapper, singer, engineer, and producer hailing from Suitland, Maryland. Mari's unique and innovative style is shaped by his experiences growing up in a crime-infested area and spending much of his adolescence incarcerated.

Mari's musical journey started when he learned to play the guitar from his grandpa, and he has been doing music seriously since he was 18. Turning his poetry into lyrics, Mari has released 7 singles this year, with features from KDB Ferrari, Qtrap, Swishfs, and more to come.

Mari's influences include James Brown, Little Richard, Prince, Future, Young Thug, Wu-Tang Clan, T-Pain, and Lil Wayne. Mari's rebrand from J.K. Mari to MARI THE MENACE is deeply personal, with KDB standing for "Knowledge in Creating Kings Die Over Our Respect." The acronym represents Mari's belief that he and his peers must kick down doors and create their own opportunities rather than relying on handouts.
