This company/label was founded by Durice Thompson in 2015 and then got acquired by Ditto Music and became a fully registered American record label in 2016. After being doubted consistently by peers and often times told that trying to create a foundation was a waste of time, Durice Thompson set his thoughts and goals on proving them wrong. Durice Thompson has been involved with the entertainment industry since the age of 14 and maintains experience in Photography | Music Production | Talent Branding | Video Directing as well as becoming a certified Social Media Specialist in 2014.

He aimed to surround himself with creative talented people who share common goals of success and have a relentless drive for perfection such as himself.

The formation of this took years to establish but like everything else that's worth having Durice Thompson didn't expect this to be easy.
