Tennessee rapper Kid K, aka 423kidk, hits us with the banger Southern Stunna! Southern Stunna is about groupie love, turning up at shows and living that rockstar life. The goal was to make a melodic hype track that you can sing along with that has a catchy melody, and he succeeded.
The track was written and recorded while I was visiting my dad who I recently re connected with whose last name is Southern. The instrumental has a country rap vibe about it so Kid K flipped the track name and came up with Southern Stunna.
Written by Kid K and produced by German producer Xammer, Southern Stunna makes you want to turn up like you’re from the south. The track is could be a club classic, and is great pushing your headphones to 100. It’s clear to see why 423kidk is attracting eyes on himself and the HipHop scene in Chattanooga.
