Ace Money Gets At The Opposition On “Throw Your Pistols In The Sky”

Denver, CO artist Ace Money is a firm believer in second chances. Having been a troubled youth, he turned his life around with a mission to inspire others like himself to become positive members of society, and build communities. Now pursuing a music career, he looks to spread motivational messages and bring awareness to certain injustices many face in society. Recently, he moved forward with the track “Throw Your Pistols In The Sky”.

Produced by The Real Age Beats and released through his Ace Money Record label, Ace Money does his part in strengthening the Black Lives Matter movement with a song that is geared to rally up the troops. As the world witnessed the various acts of police brutality and the protests in support of the loss of Black lives, Ace Money looks to spread awareness and carry the message of “No Justice, No Peace” as those who are responsible for the heinous crimes should be held accountable for their actions, and justice is served. With charged lyrics and heavy production, Ace Money looks forward to “Throw Your Pistols In The Sky” being played at various rallies worldwide, and it becoming a song that promotes change.

Born Joshua Aaron Muniz and had a rough upbringing in the Five Points section of Denver, he received the nickname “Ace” as a teen, he later added “Money” to become a part of his stage name. A lover of music from a young age, he cites 2Pac, 50 Cent, Young Buck, and Ludacris as some of his biggest influences. He started rapping in 2005, but he officially started his career in 2020.

With various styles in his arsenal, Ace Money adapts quickly whether he can be super lyrical, militant, or even toning it down to cater to a more specific audience. Since rapping, he found himself performing at various places including The Roxy, Casselman’s, and Cervantes’, and has opened up for artists like Paul Wall, Hurricane Chris, and the Wu-tang Killa Beez. When he’s not performing or recording, he takes care of various electrical needs as a licensed Journeyman Electrician, a job that helps to add more balance in his life.

Ace Money’s “Throw Your Pistols In The Sky” is now available on all digital streaming platforms. To stay up to date with Ace Money’s music, follow him on Instagram at @Ace_Money303.
