Frustrated and determined not to let deceitful individuals hinder his aspirations, Kente dedicated his days to music and his nights to street life. Eventually, he recognized that to be present for his children, he needed to leave the streets behind and pursue a legitimate path. Consequently, he secured two jobs and invested his earnings into honing his musical craft. 

Kente has performed at the 50 Mics and has taken the stage numerous times across Connecticut and New York. His ambition is to elevate his MNS brand to the status of renowned labels like Duck Down or Rawkus Records.
