Earlier Beyoncé won a plagiarism lawsuit against her, filed by none other than Ahmad Javon Lane. The yet to be signed singer, sued the A star artist for $7 million – stating that she (Beyoncé) had copied his work XOXO for her song XO. Apart from the similarity in the name of the song, the judge threw out the case in the court of law and decreed that Beyonce "Just wasn't horny enough". XOXO (Javon's version) is known to be more sexually explicit and is a raunchier piece of music.
It is not the first time that Beyoncé has been sued in a similar fashion. Earlier another artist too had filed a lawsuit against her for the same reason; however, Beyoncé remained victorious even then.
With the entire melee ensuing with regards to filing of lawsuits and amidst accusations, Javon now claims that other artists have ganged up against him and are spouting insult at him via songs - which are specifically aimed at putting Javon's second piece of music down in front of music lovers. With the background set in rocky conditions, it is no surprise then that several artists have stood up in support of Beyoncé.
The artists involved in the whole hoo-ha are none other than Beyonce.
