Southside Jones leaves nothing left unsaid in his new single, “Numbers On The Board.” Born and raised in Augusta, GA, the up-and-coming artist wanted to write something for the underdogs, people who’ve been doubted and had their talents cast aside. In his effort to represent them, he made a hype track that motivates and uplifts. The vision carries over to the music video, which is all about money, liquor, and women. “They wasn’t comin’ to the shows, now they showin’ up. Had a baby bag, now it’s grown up,” he raps with a smile on his face. It’s a celebration of his success and a testament to the benefits of grinding non-stop.
