Skitch Hybrid is a rapper from Binghamton, NY. Today he currently resides in South Florida where his career continues to unfold. He started rapping when he was just 11 years old and has been chasing the dream of pursuing music for a living since he was in junior high. Skitch Hybrid has lived all over the U.S and mentioned that he has even lived in Ohio, Arizona, Georgia and Virginia as examples of the diversity. It's fair to say he's got a grasp on the country he creates in.
Primarily influenced by East Coast lyricism but heavily inspired by Childish Gambino, Ras Kass, Phonte of Little Brother, Drake, and Eminem, Skitch Hybrid has been compared to well over 200 rappers, including those just listed.
He made a 2 song mixtape that clocks in at over 40 minutes, including the song "CSI: Hip Hop" (https://soundcloud.com/skitch-hybrid/csi-hip-hop) which covers Hip Hop culture from inception to the song's release in 2014. He then applied to get this song listed in the Guinness Book of World Records for longest recorded rap song, only to be told they don't include it as a category.
His album "Sapphire Messiah" (https://soundcloud.com/skitch-hybrid/sets/sapphire-messiah) mostly inspired by Jay Z's "The Blueprint." first single "Shake" has been played on 104.7 Kiss FM which has over 250 millions on air monthly listeners.
