Sid Worthy, born Sidney Seay, is a hip hop music artist that was born and raised in Columbus, GA on August 16, 1995 to an African American father and Jamaican mother. Sid Worthy is a rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer (under the name Trunks Black), audio engineer (under the name Sidney Seay), IT professional and entrepreneur. Sid Worthy has opened for Ty Dolla $ign and Rae Sremmurd at Emory University in 2017. Worthy opened for Deante Hitchcock in March 2018 at Emory University. Sid Worthy has also opened for Azizi Gibson and performed on the same show with Jez Dior at The Masquerade in October 2018 in Atlanta, GA. Worthy has also performed at A3C in 2016 and 2018. Sid Worthy continues his musical journey to this present day as a solo artist and is also a member of the Atlanta-based rap collective Bassmint Fresh.
