Rising South London duo Rush X Luch link up to bring you a hot new single titled ‘Ratata’. Check out the official music video below!
Local artists, Rush X Luch (real names Rasharn and Lucian) release a music video to accompany their new debut single, ‘Ratata’. Both launched over the weekend exclusively on Link Up TV and are set to establish the boys as 2020’s most exciting emerging talent, as thousands tuned in to watch the video launch and over 4,000 have viewed it on You Tube. Directed by Fey, the video pays tribute to South London’s Herne Hill estate, where rapper Rush tells the story of the south London estate, documenting their own experiences of growing up as part of a community there. Alongside South London singer Luch, who is already gaining attention for his Masego-inspired vocals, track was written to reflect the summer vibes lockdown has tried to stem, fusing modern hip-hop with hard hitting trill beats and catchy hooks.
Home is where the heart is for these two incredibly talented local artists; a love derived from growing up in south London and after five months of lockdown, placing the emphasis on home, roots, and family. The track was written to reflect the summer vibes COVID:19 has tried to stem, fusing modern hip-hop with hard-hitting trap beats and catchy hooks.
Rush X Luch have been quietly carving out their spot in the industry for a while, with tracks London Love and Wifey resonating around the globe resulting in thousands of plays on YouTube alone. RATATA brings a new energy for the duo, produced by pioneers Draft Musiq and infusing a vibe they created and crafted during lockdown.
This highly anticipated summer banger launched 22/08/20 on Link Up TV https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=2x354It9eRc
