The independent rap artist/ songwriter known as Rolee was born in Oakland California. Shortly after he moved to his hometown of San Diego California, where he was raised mostly in the violent streets of southeast. Growing up in poverty, and dealing with mental and physical abuse he was in and out of the system since the age of seven. He has always had a passion for music, from being forced to sing in a choir at a young age, to winning a rap contest california state wide 2 years in a row in Jr high.

By then he had started to write songs, and fell in love with the art of expressing himself through music. He was inspired by artist like 2pac, Biggie, Nas, Nipsey hussle, Curren$y, and many more. He has collaborated with several underground San Diego artist like J-parkz, choppa, etc. In 2020 he decided to release his own music as an independent artist. His first Single "you ride 4 me" was a song dedicated to his mother who passed away when he was seven years old, and has been heard in 29 different countries. Since then he has released six more singles, on all major platforms.

He is a westcoast rap artist with a very unique and versatile style. His mission is to create songs about life moments and situations that everyone can relate to. Also to inspire others to be great in whatever it is they do. He is currently working on an album, and releasing singles every month.
