R Dollas: "My City" is a precursor to the themes in "21 Summers." It provides a clear view of who I am and what it was like growing up in a small city. The upcoming project expands on these themes, diving deeper into my personal experiences and growth.

R Dollas: My early involvement in hip-hop has been crucial. It helped me understand my surroundings and express them through my music. Battle rapping honed my skills and gave me the ability to articulate my experiences more effectively.

Urban$ound Team: Can you share any memorable moments or experiences you had while working on "My City"?

R Dollas: One memorable moment was shooting the video for "My City." My son and his friend were playing softball on set, which made the experience even more special. It was a reminder of what I’m working towards for my family.

R Dollas: "21 Summers" will feature a new flow and untold stories. There will be some love songs, but it’s all from the heart. It builds on the themes from "My City" by offering a deeper look into my life and the stories that have shaped me.

R Dollas: Standout tracks include "My Pain" featuring T-Rell and "You the Shit" featuring Remo the Hitmaker. Also, the song "This For Y’all" has a special vibe that I think fans will really connect with.

Urban$ound Team: How does "21 Summers" reflect your growth as an artist since your release in 2017 and your experiences performing at events like the Daze Summit Festival Tour ‘24?

R Dollas: "21 Summers" reflects my growth by showcasing how I’ve evolved as an artist. The Daze Summit Festival Tour taught me patience and the importance of networking. It’s all about understanding the industry and being open to opportunities.
