Today, we were given the special opportunity to meet DC’s hottest upcoming rapper, Hoolie ENT. He’s on the independent grind repping his hood Alabama Ave and his clique Z-Squad 1-5 in Southeast DC. Prior to making music, Hoolie ENT was a track and field athlete at Bowie State where he was a professional jumper. At first, music was just something Hoolie ENT did for fun but he eventually got serious once he realized his talent and began to aggressively tell motivational stories from his life. He relates to music made by Gucci Mane, Young Nudy and NBA Youngboy. His main inspiration in both music and life is his grandfather, Chuck Brown, the legendary Godfather of Go-Go. Currently, Hoolie ENT has five Youtube videos out for fans to watch, as well as, singles on Soundcloud and Spinrilla. He’s preparing to drop a single a month with the addition of more videos and even a mixtape very soon. The fans motivate him to work as hard as he does. According to Hoolie ENT, “without my fans, I wouldn’t be here. I’d still make music if I only had 1000 fans.” You can catch Hoolie ENT performing all over, as he is known for his crazy shows and for making guest appearances on both coasts. Add @Hoolieent on Instagram. Add @Hoolie_ent on Twitter. Hoolie's music is out on all streaming platforms.
