B.E.N. has been an artist making waves the past few weeks, as we've seen and heard the name circling around. The stage name of Atlanta-based musician Benjamin Williams, he recently brought to the universe his new record "How to Live Without Being Controlled By the Past." Sending a bit of dance grooves your way, the release is without a doubt different from what are ears are used to.

He brings all elements of music together from Rock, Folk, Hip Hop, Jazz, Experimental and Ambient; making a set of songs you weren't expecting. They're funky and groovy, and also accessible no matter what genre perks your ears. A long-time bass player in the music scene, he has shared stages with The Indigo Girls, Conner Youngblood and other notable names. Making music that he truly believes in, he's showing no sign of stopping.
