L Meezy & Trew
"The grind is real" quoted Trew, one of St. Louis rap underground's legendary street emcees. "Stay da same never change", quotes L Meezy, also part of the most coveted St. Louis underground rap listeners in city history. Both emcees rep hard where they are from: Northside 88 Lane. As solo entertainers and with groups like Chop Shop (Trew) and Triple Threatt (L Meezy) they where able garner monumental success. Since they both started their careers with Tied Tight Entertainment, they felt compelled to give back to the game what's been missing. Their new collaboration "Rippin", is an ode to the best rappers of hip hop history, and to newly certified and established emcees; ugiving the gritty streetwise stories from their grizzled past. Here they are to put the stamp on who has been some of the best to do it....Its L Meezy and Trew!!!
