Emily Barr is a native of Kingstree South Carolina. She has lived in a few other states over the years, while working full time and raising her children she became a “Cheer Mom”. As you know cheerleading is very competitive. She has always had a love for music as most people do! Upon her return to South Carolina, she met a young man who had horror stories about his interaction in the music industry. She took her business background along with her competition background and began planning. Being the savvy business woman, she is she decided that maybe she can help switch things around. Hearing the young man perform certainly was the push. At that time, she decided to open up an event space for artists to come and hang out as well as perform.
Having this opportunity to see more artists perform and noticing the various talented individuals in conjunction with her love for music, it was time to go next level! This is what ignited her brand the Kings Pavilion. Making her venue a playground for indie artist to perform, have release parties and to perfect their stage skills. Realizing she had a knack for the music industry she decided to pursue a career helping artists by linking them with the right people with the right information. By doing this she created a system of networking that brings various people together to enlighten, teach and push the artists to their next level. She aligned herself with people with many years of experience in the music industry.
She now is in position to help artists get major distribution as well marketing and promotion needed to advance further in their music career. Mrs. Barr is very passionate about the artists she works with and diligently and strategically points them in the right direction. Mrs. Barr specializes in Showcases, Networking, Scouting talent, and B2B business.
