Born December 31st 1986 known by the stage name YTB Kaine is a rapper from Pontiac, MI. 1/5 of the rap group YTB he is best known for his Street/Hip hop style of rap. Started off at the age of 13 he would freestyle into a recorder playing around with his childhood best friend and cousin. What started off as jokes and laughs became a passion. With the help of his cousin they came up with the name Yaktownboyz, Yaktown was a nickname for the city they had grew up in (Pontiac) and they were all best friends(Boyz). 2009 they released the first Independent project "Yaktownboyz'. YTB has opened up with artist such as Yung LA,Rakim,E40,Fat Joe,Mike Jones,Freeway and more.YTB has been featured in magazines such as Don Diva Magazine,Hood Illustrated Magazine, Rude Boy Lifestyle and SpotLite Magazine. 2012 YTB Kaine put out his first solo project "Menace II Society" which got the attention of many. After the passing of YTB Kaine's younger brother September 11th 2013 he almost gave up on his music career. 2014 he put out his first album Dedicated To His Brother "January 2nd" (The Day His Brother Was Born). It was a classic to listeners as they could feel the pain in his music. Since then you can notice his growth and hunger. YTB Kaine released a new mixtape entitled "Cold Turkey" which was released Thanksgiving 2017 with features from Young Buck,Flygang Mike,Mista,The Yakgodz,Sada Baby and more. 2018 be on the look out for "Year of thA yaK"
