whilst growing up in lower socio economic areas and living in state housing as a child being raised by a single mother he became accustomed to the street life and the school of hard knocks and found hiphop to be his father figure he used writing and music production as an expressive artistic outlet his flows are heavily influenced by 90s hiphop but has a very versatile flow as shown on his recently released trap banger Black And Gold with Royalty

K.A.Y.P.E is a hip hop producer/rapper/music video director hailing from West Auckland.
k.a.y.p.e has a hard hitting fast spitting quick witted flow. In his youth he suffered from depression from constant bullying and used hip hop to find his voice. K.A.Y.P.E has currently released 2 albums and is the person behind the West Auckland Cypher on which he also features.
