New music from Young Rein “Rubilandia”

Rising artist, Young Rein, formerly known as Unvrsl, which was a nod to his wide-ranging musical tastes and abilities, has been grinding consistently to build his sound and to push his music forward, and it shows. Born in the city of Chicago, and raised in the suburbs of IL, he has been releasing a diverse mixture of Hip-Hop/Rap, Pop, and Latin Urban music for the past five years, all the while pulling inspiration from popular artists such as, Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, Chance The Rapper, G Herbo, J Cole. Drake, IshDARR, Bad Bunny and Rauw Alejandro top the list, as being most influential to his sound ,love for versatility and creative process.

His passion for excellence and towards the furthering of his career has garnered him a slew of different accomplishments including an opportunity to record a song with one of his favorite artists since childhood, IshDARR, headlining a summer festival with hundreds in attendance, and even being flown by the owner of the renowned company Papa John’s Pizza to one of his mansion properties to collect video content for three music videos!

Showing no signs of slowing down, Young Rein’s latest single highlights and expresses the beauty and difficulties of his long-distance relationship with Rubi, from which he derived the title “Rubilandia”, while simultaneously creating a beautiful tapestry of the fantasy world in which everything is completely right in her eyes. The emotions of duty, selflessness, and complete infatuation that he portrays, mirror his own feelings toward the love of his life, and come straight from his heart.
