Michel Jonas Kawski, known among fans as Trae K, is a German rapper born in Hamburg on 4th December 1996. He has amassed a big fanbase in a short time in his hometown and around the world. Even though he is a rapper, he considers himself to be more of an artist. He is ambitiously focused on his music career and has clear goals in sight regarding how he is to achieve them. He has a versatile, relevant, and upbeat sound, and he wants to change the negativity of the world around him through his music.
He has been making impactful music since 2018 when he recorded his first song. As life would have it, things got tough for him, and since then, he has been focused on making more money to fund his musical career and give the world a unique and positive sound that is his signature. But now, fans are excited for his upcoming release on 11/19/2021. This is going to be his debut album named “Fuck You For Judging”.
At a deeper level, he has been inspired by the reggae king Bob Marley. But the artists that inspired him to become a part of the music industry were the Young Thug and Swae Lee. Bob Marley, Thugger and Juice WRLD are some of his favorites he listens to on repeat.
He is a big believer in originality, and he creates his own video concepts. He believes that the visuals carry a deeper meaning, and he makes sure that they are in line with his music and what he wants to say to the world. In his own words, his music is “eye-opening” because it is supposed to end the negativity and leave people with something positive.
Trae K aspires to feature with Young Thug and Lil Keed one day, and he believes in featuring only with those who understand his message, believe in it, and know what he is all about. He is not currently signed to a label. But he is ambitious to create his own brand called ML4L. It stands for Money Long 4 Life.
A big part of his personality is that he doesn’t believe in trading money for the freedom of life. Instead of being part of a 9-5 rut, he aspires to make money doing what he loves and use that money to make his message heard more through his music.
