Luie Makenplays aka. Storme Lewis has set a new standard for music. Luie was born in Riverside, CA and raised in Moreno Valley, but the IE artist is making a name through out the entire west coast. Luie established Maken Plays Ent. in 2015 as a marketing and promotion company starting with street promo and social media. Learning that his vigorous approach to business was growing, he utilized the platform and reintroduced himself as an artist.
