Mississippi’s own J. Sipp is officially in album mode. The Meridian artist, engineer, and producer just released his debut album, A Gift From Me To You, hosted by Gutta TV, giving listeners a full look at his sound, his story, and the versatility he’s built over the past few years.

For J. Sipp, this project has been a long time coming. He grew up surrounded by music, listening to different styles depending on which side of the family he was with. Those early influences eventually shaped his ear for production and helped him transition from an artist discovering his talent to one confidently building a brand.

The debut album blends solid lyrics, Southern grit, and polished engineering—reflecting his skill both behind the mic and behind the boards. J. Sipp’s journey hasn’t been easy. He’s faced trauma from the military, everyday life, and time in the streets—experiences that pushed him toward therapy, self-work, and using music as a way forward.
