For real lovers of hip hop,...it hurts our soul to see our sisters act so promiscuous and leading the young ladies of tomorrow to believe this is how they should behave for attention.

    Enter Nelly B. She is coming at hip hop as a real artist would....artfully. Choosing rather to drop hard metaphors and speak on lifes situations....or making motivational or story telling songs, is placing her in a lane all her own. Not since the likes of M.C. Lyte, Queen Latifah and even Boss, have we had the privilege of seeing a female emcee presenting her self with respect, and choosing lyrical skill over sexual promotion. She continually gives her listeners new music released via her Soundcloud account. Her drive to work, professional sound and music over all is gaining her strong notoriety in the underground industry. She is worth looking into and keeping up with.
