At Detroitrap.com, we are looking to show appreciation and LOVE, as well as to "Champion," "Commend," and "Salute" all facets and/or factions of our beloved local Hip-Hop/Rap, and R&B music scene in Detroit, MI!! In which, both genres have a lot of talented individuals  & entities who have for some reason and/or another -- made their "presence" unanimously known via their on-street campaigns and/or online campaigns for their artistry, products, and/or services!!!

We do realize there are a lot of deserving individuals & entities; however we can only salute those with a proven track record via their commercial presence online and in the marketplace of Detroit, MI.

In closing, those who are "nominated" and/or are "nominees" for the following categories have proven to be deserving of their acknowledgement given the aforementioned reasons above. However, there can only be one (1) winner!!!

In addition, we will only acknowledge the #Top (5) five nominees in each category on the day of the award show, including obviously the pre-determined one (1) winner based on the public voting and supplemental supported local "tastemaker" and "influencer" opinion from our beloved #Underground Hip-Hop Awards Brain-Trust (Nominations & Awarding Committee) AKA #TEAMUHHA.

We are also including a write-in space for all categories, in case you the consumer and/or fan feel as though we may have over looked a deserving party for a nomination and vote!!!

YOU MUST PLACE one (1) vote in each category regardless of who YOU are supporting!!! Otherwise, the ballot will bounce back saying insufficient ballot!!!
