Negotiating deals himself and interacting with other music executives gave him an upper advantage. This experience allowed him to step over some of the mud that many of his competitors got stuck in and become successful.

As a trend setting genre, whatever is cool in this music world, tends to be cool in “real” life. Utilizing that philosophy, 2 Sober named himself the very same image he wanted to portray - sobriety! He refused to sacrifice his health or character just to fit in, so he became “way too sober.” Not only is it his rap name, it is also a lifestyle that perfectly showcases his talent and ability to be a dope rapper drug free!
