The Memphis, TN born rapper found a niche for his music early. In the world of hip-hop where sex, drugs, and negativity are the norm, TRUB wanted to give a new perspective. His first step was relocating to Atlanta to put in the much-needed work to elevate his career. Those investments led him to work with some of the industries largest names including Juicy J, Project Pat, Bruno Mars, Future, Gorilla Zoe, Plies and Yung Ralph.

TRUB gives himself some bragging room on his newest single “Top”, where he recounts the fruits of his labor, in the present and soon to come.

Produced by Marcus Brandon, “Top” is the lead single from TRUB’s sophomore project, Genesis due to release later this summer. “Top” is melodic and catchy making it a favorite spin among the top radio stations in Atlanta, LA, and other music meccas.
