Sweet Roddy - "Snakes"
I grew up in a small town called Menifee in the Inland Empire from Southern California. I grew up with music being my inspiration and motivation for everything that I did. My inspiration behind this song was my past relationship being very one-sided and when I got dumped she went and messed around with other men very fast and some happened to be my friends. So this is just an overview on how I’m better than that and I’ll step on any fake person that comes my way. I’m different from other artists because I don’t listen to the rules of rap or anything, whatever comes to my mind and it works then it goes into the song. I have my own style and believe music shouldn’t be suppressed to just one specific way that it should be. Music is heard 24/7 and I make it how I want to make it.
