Soulja, formally known as Rated-R, is an up coming R n B artist from Charlotte, North Carolina. The 24 yr old Greenville native has been singing since the tender age of ten. Soulja gained the attention of an up and coming label, One Life Entertainment Music Group and shortly after, released his Debut album titled Believe.
