Mister Sanders is a storytelling lyricist who, as a producer and rapper creates futuristic sounds. No stranger to the music game, Sanders has been shutting down shows around London at venues such as Roundhouse and Hackney Picture House to name but two. A number of his videos have gone viral on his Facebook page and he has been featured on leading music platforms such as BBC 1Xtra, GRM Daily, SBTV, RWD Magazine, Roundhouse Radio and Blackbox. He has also been making waves overseas recording with L.A based producers Abstract and Mastermind. 


Sanders started out as a Grime MC spitting on various radio stations such as Axe Fm, and joining a number of crews over the years before deciding to be a solo artist. He began studying the art of music production at college and by working as a studio engineer in various studios – soon he began began to carve out his own sound as a producer, Sanders would draw inspiration from many different genres and artists far and wide such as Nas, Outkast, Vybz Kartel, Drake and The Weeknd whose individualities and eccentricities he applied to his own songs which took him outside of the box that he was originally in as Grime MC. Sanders draws inspiration for his songs from his own experiences and lessons learned throughout his life and others around him as a way to express himself and to give guidance to the listener. As Sanders progressed through the industry, he began to attract wider and wider attention; Sanders recently recorded with L.A based producers Abstract and Mastermind who he met whilst on a trip to L.A. 


Mister Sanders grew up in Chingford, East London on the borderlines of Essex in a single parent household. He used to write short stories from a very young age throughout Primary School and wanted to be a writer. But when he found music in his early teens his focus shifted to music and he aspired to be a rapper, taking inspiration from Eminem, 50 Cent, and then Wiley, Dizzee Rascal to name a few. “The aggression behind writing and delivering a verse was a way of therapy for me and kept me on a straight road when other negative temptations presented themselves.” 


Sanders’ uncompromising stories are delivered with an aggressive passion that captivates the listener, his witty sense of humour takes you on a journey that leaves the listener with a positive message, he aims to teach people not to let their past hold them back and not to give up on there dreams.
