Mikey Polo, who recently signed to the 1400 label, released a song with Trippie Redd – Baguette Spaghetti. The song is unlike any past releases by either artist. The song’s style?? Anthem.

Trippie opens the song with a long hook that is not a rap, but more of a chant that goes like “ON THE GANG ON THE SET. I’MA LIVE ME AND DIE ME LIKE SHECK. I’M SO SLIMEY, I’M GRIMEY, A MESS. IT’S A JOHNY, BUT THIS AIN’T NO TEST. I JUST BOUGHT A BAGUETTY PATEK. GOT CONFETTI ALL OVER THE JET. I NEED A JET. BAGUETTY SPAGHETTI MY NECK.” Trippie Redd fans enjoy the style switch-up. The song adds to his list of straight headbangers different from most of the songs on his album Pegasus, which was mainly dreamy and mystical music.

Mid-song, Mikey Polo proceeds to catch you off guard with a bridge that completely changes up the flow and showcases his melodic side. Then his verse…. One of the hardest out right now reminding people not to play with his set. “BIG 14 COMING WITH A F*XKING CHOPPER. SHOOTA WITH ME SPINNING A BIN JUST LIKE A HELICOPTER. ONLY REAL RIGHT SLIME SHIT, SHOOT A N!GGA DO IT PROPER. I’MA CHOP THE N!GGA BODY UP, HE CAN’T EVEN GO TO THE DOCTOR.” Mikey is a loose screw… but the song is truly an anthem adding another key hit to the steady growing slime movement that has taken over the rap industry. Something Mikey Polo has been a part of since the beginning with his debut album Slime World.
