Where are you from?
I'm originally from Connecticut, but got out while the gettin' was good and moved to sunny Florida where I'll never be forced to shovel snow at gain.
Describe your sound:
My sound is a mix of hip hop, pop and jazz. I love jazz, but I love it even more when I hear it mixed with other genres. So you'll most likely here elements of jazz in what I create. I think the songs Float, Free Your Mind and Floyd are the best examples of this.
Tell us about your new project:
My latest album is called From the Ground Up, it's mostly hip hop and features various artists including Northside Nate, JR On Da Beat Baby, JuztKP, Briana Lutzi, and Adam Manning on sax.
Who inspires you?
My biggest inspiration hands down is Jacob Collier, after that there's too many to name Kendrick, Dre, and Greg Howe (love his fusion style). Those are probably my biggest inspirations.
Where do you see your career in 5 years?
Hopefully still doing the same with a couple more accolades under my belt and a higher demand of rappers wanting to work with me.
