Las Vegas based artist
Christian Kuya, releases his sophomore EP, entitled
"POV" (Point of View) just in time as he departs for his Asia tour across the Philippines, Thailand, and Australia this November.
POV features 7 tracks, produced by Haf Toney, Xavi, and Ali Ozbrn, is a great melodic collection of vibes and uptempo production. As we were listening through, "Trapanese" and "Don't Dubb" stood out against the rest and must-hear records. Those two records will gain new fans quickly for the Filipino rapper. The project has no features, which Kuya has made it clear, “he doesn't want to build his following off hype and cosigns of other major names,” although he's been spotted in studios sessions with DJ Carnage, Johnny Oz, Nu Jerzey Devil, 24hrs, MadeinTyo, and other notable artists across the music industry, but no major features have yet to surface on the net.
Kuya prefers to set himself apart and doesn't want people to lose focus on his story, journey and sound he wants you to know him for him, which we find rare in new upcoming artists these days.
POV is Kuya's first release of 2019 under his new joint venture with Equity Distribution (owned By RocNation), Christian, who was signed by Susana "Sweetness" Ybern (VP of Equity Distribution) directly, has said he is excited about the future and is happy with this venture with EQ/RocNation and plans to drop new music month after month, now that he's finally found a home for his Cuzzi Gang imprint.
