Y Sit was behind bars for a month following his alleged involvement to destruction of property in Atlanta in 2017.
Prosecutors asked the judge to 4 year probational jail sentence for Y Sit, claiming he should be punished for destruction of property, but not for inciting a riot and drug possession . They also wanted to keep him in on house arrest. And will continue to do shows and continue therapy.
According to NBC, the fact that the judge is letting him leave the jail and he won’t be found guilty.
In Y Sit's lawyer’s closing statement, he says the rapper’s action were not premeditated and the evidence backs it up.
