Artist Spotlight: Kalix Breezy

             Samba Ka better known as  Kalix Breezy was born on December 16, 1996, in Senegal, Dakar. In 2006, he came with his family in Canada looking for a better life, after Surviving from the unfair government of the country and his regiment. His mom is a single mother taking care of five children and sells African clothes to provide for their needs.

             A few years later he became a songwriter, beat maker, rapper, singer and an accomplished dancer. He started to participate in several local shows at a young age. Having started with productions Dr. Bass in 2015, Kalix released his first song called “Why You Mad”, in the following months after they started their collaboration.

             Their collaboration ended in 2018 caused by internal problems after he left the label, he started his own company. Kalixity represents confidence, focus and creativity. He is currently working on his first album Kalixity that is coming soon.
