At just 15 years old, ABK ONEWAY or Ja Vonte
Scott ; was already recognized as a local teen sensation . Fresh out of
elementary school, relocating from his hometown Columbus, Georgia; he had a new
beginning in a new town and nearby high school. No worries for this ONEWAY with
a rap resume that stretches far beyond most rappers in their prime, there seems
to be no signs of putting the brakes on his career for many years to come.
With the spirit of a grown man trapped in a teens body, its
no wonder he has performed on shows with national recording artist; such as,
Soulja Boy, Pretty Ricky, David Banner, Ying Yang Twins, Young Bloods, and many
more. He has been on the remix to Malachi of Dungeon fanily Hot single
"Thang Thang" Produced by Mr. Hanky of Collipark Music
He is no stranger to well known artist or large crowds; as
he has performed for crowds ranging in the tens of thousands, at events such as
the 2005 Annual Labor Day Blues Festival and the 2009 Ben Hill Day, in Atlanta.
With precision and professionalism; as a well polished entertainer, he is
always willing to put in overtime for charitable events, community events, and
local/statewide schools.
Age is definitely nothing more than a number, when in the
presence of JaVonte'. Already, he has done an advertisement jingle for Ampro
Gel during Atlanta’s Bronner Brothers International Hair Convention. He has
been supported by local and internet radio stations; such as Hood Hard Radio,
Prop Joe Radio, Reewine Radio, and WFXE Foxie 104.9 in Columbus, Georgia. For
the record, he has won WFXE Foxie 104.9’s daily show, “The Battle Of The
Beast”. He was retired three times; with his music running up against artist
such as, T.I., Grand Hustle’s major headliner.
Outside of sharing his gifts with the masses, his favorite
thing to do is draw, play video games, and shoot basketball. Therefore, at the
end of the day, when all his work is done, you can clearly see that he’s still
just the kind you meet and never forget.
