Best New Hip Hop Albums - Latest Hip Hop Albums - Hip Hop Music News - Best Rapper 2012

    "The latest hip hop album to come from a true hip hop entrepreneur and M.C. is here!"Death to Wack Rappers" is finally available, both literally and figuratively! Bigg Verb DaVinci sought out to create something with this new hip hop album (2012) that would "hopefully make rappers that shouldn't even carry that title a bit leery of releasing half-as*ed material and at the same time, give the people what I believe they been waiting for". and it seems that he has done just that! With over thirty tracks (picked from a selection of over 60) that feature not only DaVinci (who many deem as the "best rapper" for 2012 and beyond - check the coverage and review links) but also, many Detroit greats and a few out-of-state artists, as well.
     There is something for everyone here but that isn't to say that B.V. deviates from who he is on any part of this release. For those who know him (and those who are soon to), he is still the pull-no-punches, go-for-the-juggular MC on his latest hip hop release that he has always been. And, as per the norm - but perhaps with a bit more clarity and perspective - he brings it from the heart on quite a few tracks, oftentimes teaching some valuable lessons that come from a man who has lived a life that it would probably take ten similar releases to cover.
     Dark Humor, True-to-Life "Call-Outs", Punchline Mastery, Constantly-Changing Flows, Infectious Hooks, Perfectly-Fitting Production (primarily from himself and J-Palm), Controversy, True Entertainment and Lyrical Ability that stands up to any and all are ALL abundant on this heavily-anticipated release! From a man who Co-Founded and Operated the U.A.D.A. ("Unification of Almighty Detroit Artists) - a coalition that made sure that artists were paid their fair share and offered opportunities on the shows that he put together - once again, you see that he is not the capitalist that most in the Hip Hop genre are ... the cost of "Death to Wack Rappers" is only $10 for a digital download and $13.00 (with Shipping and Handling) for what is essentially a Double-CD!
