Jon Keith Releases New Album 'Grow Wings'

Executive produced by 2025 Songwriters Hall of Fame inductee Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins, Alienz Alive's man of the hour, Jon Keith, delivers his latest body of work, GROW WINGS. The timely album includes additional instrumentation from Enzo Gran, 1995, Tenroc, and labelmate Alex Jean; meanwhile, vocal features come compliments of Jon Bellion, Ty Brasel, BEAM, Madison Rayy Ward, and Taylor Hill.

Releasing just days after his cameo on The Ebro Show and a couple of weeks removed from a guest appearance on The Breakfast Club, GROW WINGS is an honest exploration of embracing emotional and spiritual vulnerability. Spearheaded by singles "WONT FLY," "CALL," and "EYES ON US," which have collectively already garnered millions of listens across all streaming platforms, as well as intimate listening sessions in Nashville, Orlando, Dallas, and Los Angeles, the new body of work acknowledges that the process of breaking down can lead to profound transformation and a deeper relationship with the divine.

In a press statement about the significance of the project, Keith reveals:

“This album is me learning to believe that God’s love isn’t a reward for getting better, it’s the thing that makes us whole in the first place. I’ve spent a lot of time trying to earn what was already mine. GROW WINGS is what it sounds like to finally let love change you, both in the lyrics and in the sound.

It blends raw honesty with bright, melodic textures that mirror the tension between wrestling and becoming. I hope people dance to it, cry with it, and sing their hearts out, because sometimes healing sounds like joy, sometimes like lament, and sometimes like both at once.”

The cohesive collection of songs follows Keith’s participation in Jerkin's Darkchild Sessions, which were recorded at Apple Music Nashville alongside fellow rising acts Hulvey and nobigdyl. in a genre-defying reinterpretation of Rodney Jerkins’ R&B classics.
